1. This service is managed in accordance with Article 5 of the "Terms and Conditions of Service of the YouBike Public Bicycle Rental System," which stipulates the rules for the use of the service and the cautions for riding.
2. Consumers who find lost items in YouBike vehicles and docking stations can hand them over to the police or any YouBike service center, where they will be checked by service staff and posted on the official website regularly for inquiries.
3. In case of losing an item, consumers can make inquiries in person, by phone, email or on the official website. Once the lost property is confirmed, they can collect it at a designated service center.
4. If no one claims the lost property after six months of public notice, the Company will follow the provisions of the Civil Code regarding lost property.
