- For rental by IC card, members need to have a balance of ≧NT$0 to rent
- Ride subsidy: Members will receive a NT$5 discount from the Kaohsiung City Government for the first 30 minutes of their ride on YouBike 2.0; and a NT$10 discount for the first 30 minutes of their ride on YouBike 2.0E, with the deadline for the subsidy subject to the announcement by the Kaohsiung City Government. Members holding an IC card are entitled to the same rental discount, with priority given to the MeN Go monthly pass scheme and hourly pass, followed by the transfer discount, and the discount benefits should not be received more than once.
- Transfer discount: Members holding an iPass card can enjoy the first 30 minutes free when renting a YouBike 2.0 in Kaohsiung City within one hour after payment is made for using a designated transportation service in the city (e.g. Kaohsiung MRT, light rail, bus, ferry, Taiwan Railways); and an additional NT$5 discount for the first 30 minutes for YouBike 2.0E (NT$15 in total). (The transfer discount is only applicable to Rent via IC Card). The deadline for the subsidy is subject to the announcement by the Kaohsiung City Government. (The discount is not available in case of balance insufficient for payment or amounts outstanding being charged at the time of return). - Ride subsidy: Kaohsiung students holding an iPass Digital Student ID Card, iPass Kaohsiung Student Affinity Card or Kaohsiung Child Card can enjoy the first 30 minutes free when renting a Kaohsiung YouBike 2.0; and a NT$10 discount for the first 30 minutes for a YouBike 2.0E. The deadline for the subsidy is subject to the announcement by the Kaohsiung City Government.
- MeNGo pass discounts: Members can enjoy unlimited free rides for the first 30 minutes when renting a Kaohsiung YouBike 2.0 or YouBike 2.0E with a MeN Go (monthly) pass or hourly pass (including physical cards and QR tickets) within the validity period.

Details
- One-time rentals can only be paid for by credit card at the base rate shown above, and information on each rental transaction can be found on your credit card statement.
- One-time rentals (by non-members) are not eligible for ride subsidy and public bicycle injury insurance.
- One-time rental is granted by credit card for 120 hours per time and must be approved again beyond 120 hours.
- One-time rental is subject to deposit payment: NT$2,000 for YouBike 1.0 and NT$3,000 for YouBike 2.0 / YouBike 2.0E. If you rent and return the bike normally, the system will automatically revoke the deposit and refund the amount at the end of the period, with the refund to be given depending on the processing days of each credit card issuer.
