Why is my NFC-enabled handset prone to failure in detecting sensors and I can't rent a YouBike 1.0?

Please check the correct antenna position of your NFC-enabled handset before using it as there are no certain specifications for the position and size of the antenna on the market and the specifications vary from brand to brand. When renting a vehicle, please tap the correct position of the antenna on your mobile phone flat against the sensor zone and leave it there for 3-5 seconds until the green light flashes and you can pick up your vehicle. If you are still unable to rent a vehicle in this way, or if another message code pops up, please call our customer service for assistance.
