Mandatory Public Bicycle Injury Insurance Starting Jan 1, 2026
YouBike Members and Single Rental User (Temporary Member) in Taichung City may rent YouBike 2.0 & 2.0E only after enrolling in Public Bicycle Specific Benefit Insurance starting January 1, 2026.
