- This website is built in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines and is designed to provide the following:

- The website content is structured into two categories. The first is the home page with each information page, which is divided into three main sections:
- 1. Upper navigation area; 2. Main content area; 3. Bottom menu link area
- The second is the Member Area's functional pages after login, which are split into four main sections:
- 1. Upper navigation area; 2.Left function area; 3. Main content area; 4. Bottom menu link area
- The upper navigation area is designed as a drop-down menu, with the main menu items being toggled using the Tab key and the secondary menu items being displayed by pressing the Enter key on each main menu.
- The access keys for this site are set up as follows:
- Alt+U:The upper navigation area, which lists the main links on this site.
- Alt+C:The main content area, which presents the main content of each page.
- Alt+B:The bottom menu link area, which shows the end-of-page links for this site.
- Alt+S:The search box block, which allows you to enter the name of the station on the station information page to find the location of the station.
- Alt+L:The left function area, which gives links to the various member functions in the members area.
