YouBike Single Rental Users (Temporary Member) can enroll in Public Bicycle Injury Insurance starting December 20, 2025.

Single Rental User (Temporary Member) enroll in Public Bicycle Injury Insurance is mobile app only. 

1. YouBike Official App Version:
   Please update the app to the latest version. 
   The app is available for both IOS and Android version, please check the version meets your phone's OS specifications.

2. The features of the YouBike app may vary slightly based on version and features upadates. Please refer to the latest vesion for the information. 

3. If you're currently using an unsupported app version, please update to the supported one.

 

 

【Q&A】

Q: If I haven't enrolled in the insurance, can I rent a YouBike 2.0?

A: Without the insurance, YouBike members and single rental user (temporary member) in Taipei City、New Tapei City and Taoyuan City may not rent YouBike 2.0 & 2.0E only after enrolling in Public Bicycle Injury Insurance starting January 1, 2026.

A: Please update the YouBike app to the latest version to see the enrollment section.
